If your child is absent from school, the information below must be provided to school.

To notify the school of an absence, please do one of the following within 5 days of the absence:

  1. Send a note with your child when they return to school.
  2. Call the school office @ 707-259-8842 
  3. Email:
  4. Send a message via Parent Square to Mrs. Michie 

Please provide the following information in your email/note/call:

  1. Student's full name
  2. Reason for absence ( MUST be specific)(if illness, please state type)
  3. Date(s) of absence
  4. Teacher's name and room number

Excused absences include: illness, medical appointments, various religious holidays, or death in the family.
